About Us
Matt and Amie Greer are both lifelong Alaskans with a passion for quality construction at an affordable price. Matt Greer was born with a hammer in his hand, and when he and his father, Dave, started Alaska Commercial Development Group everyone knew it was just a matter of time before he would be the sole owner.
In 2006, after the birth of their second child, Matt & Amie purchased Dave’s interest in the company, and never looked back. Amie Greer, who has a degree in Design and Construction Management from UAF, has over 20 years in the construction industry. When not engrossed in a project, Matt (a licensed pilot) and Amie like to spend their free time in their super cub exploring Alaska with their two children, and sometimes even their two dogs!
